GRIP differs from other services as it is governed by NHS policies and procedures, and apply Core Standards for Better Health to face to face interpreting. As a regulated provider, GRIP NHS Language Services is efficient, reliable and accountable to patients, healthcare providers, commissioners and other non NHS users of the service.

GRIP offers transparency and the best competitive rates in the market. All languages are charged the same hourly rates, with no extra charges for travel and waiting times. The second and subsequent hours are charged pro rata for every 15 minutes. Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours in advance do not incur any charges.
