GRIP specialises in the provision of professional face to face (F2F) interpreters. These are available 24/7 depending on your needs but need to be booked in advance. For a full description of services please click here.

GRIP provides interpreters for general NHS interpreting as well as specialised interpreting such as research work, case conferences, legal, police, immigration work, mental health assessment, counselling and other group facilitation work as designated by the customer.

GRIP is a performance measured service, committed to provide you F2F interpreters as per the following targets:

  • At least 97% of all bookings received with more than 24 hours advance notice will be provided.
  • At least 95% of all bookings received with less than 24 hours advance notice will be provided.
  • At least 95% of all bookings must shown that the Interpreters arrived on time (10 minutes before the booking).
