How the Customer Pays
GRIP charges are simple, transparent and inclusive of travel and waiting times as follows:
- In full for the first interpreting hour and thereafter for every 15 minutes (rounded to nearest).
- The same for all languages or dialects (no matter how rare they are).
- Without charges for cancellations with 24 hours' notice (less than 24 hrs is charged).
- Authorised by the customer for every booking by signing off a triplicate job form confirming that the booking took place. Customers keep the blue copy of the job form for any invoice or follow up queries.
- 60 days of Interest free payment period, and a fully itemised report with the invoice, listing all details for each booking for the required payment.
- The added peace of mind of paying when completely satisfied. Any invoice queries are cleared before payment is made.
