How to Feedback to GRIP

GRIP encourages and welcomes feedback from all registered customers, both compliments and complaints. Your feedback helps GRIP to improve. Please fill out the Customer Feedback Form with any suggestions, concerns or compliments.

The GRIP interpreters' job-form (time sheet) also acts as a means of gathering feedback from customers. There is a 'Compliments/Complaints' section that customers can complete when authorising and signing that the booking took place as requested.

As part of GRIP quality assurance monitoring, customers are also contacted by phone for feedback on an ongoing basis. Across the year, suggestion cards are distributed among customers and/or patients/clients to get their feedback.
